State Auto guarantees that the workmanship of any repairs authorized by us, and performed by a State Auto "Quality Service Guarantee" repair facility, will be of a quality generally accepted in the auto repair business.  State Auto's obligation under this guarantee will be to remedy any departure from these quality standards.  This guarantee will remain in effect during your ownership of the repaired vehicle.
